Leadership development through nature.

In the current environment leaders need to be creative to survive. Using story telling I bring together my experiences of economic change, its impact on people and the workings of government  to enable you and your group to find a creative, sustainable way forward

Ai will advise you about the best, most efficient way to structure your team.

What organisations need more than ever is emotional leadership.

Bring your team and we will work with you, using nature to develop your emotional leadership.

Many of the best examples of working collaboratively, in a creative way, can be found in nature.

We offer bespoke days where groups of leaders are helped to have those tangential conversations that never have space to develop in the office and don’t flow forward in  a sterile hotel.

Our 17th century barn is a calm, nurturing space to discuss your ideas, challenges and opportunities – teasing out solutions.

Walk through our ancient pastures and woodland. Lie on your back admiring the tree canopy, feel the wind in your face and listen to the many different bird songs.

You will discover that, refreshed by nature, you will return to the barn, and have a new clarity of mind.

Under Chatham House rules Sarah and her team can offer you what you need. She can lead debates, asking challenging questions as a critical friend or with her team run workshops.

Solutions arise when we get away from our desks and breathe!

Bespoke leadership days at our farm.
