Backstory.
As an award-winning BBC Correspondent, I have followed every twist and turn of our economy, jobs and living standards for three decades. I was the first woman to be an Industrial Correspondent on British television.
I reported and presented on BBC1, BBC2, and BBC Wales specialising in industry, business, and economics.
From years of colliery closures and lost jobs in steel, to plans for floating offshore wind and green hydrogen, I have reported from the heart of a changing environment.
Two years at the heart of government, leading the political messaging for the First Minister of Wales, and working with UK Government has added to my experience and insight.
Now, with the whole economy needing to be sustainable and resilient, I am using my experience and skills to help others meet their goals.
