How we got to here
As an award-winning BBC Correspondent, I’ve followed every twist and turn of our economy, jobs and living standards for three decades. I was the first female Industrial Correspondent on British television, working with BBC1, BBC2, and BBC Wales specialising in industry, business, and economics.
From years of colliery closures and lost jobs in steel, to plans for floating offshore wind and hydrogen, I’ve reported from the coalface of environmental change. Now, with the whole economy trying to find its own way to Net Zero, I am using my experience and skills to help others meet their goals.
